This position generates prospects through marketing and cold calling campaigns, achieving sales goals, managing departmental budgets, and consultative sales support. R evenue generation is for a variety of product lines, with primary database sales. This all includes negotiat ions with clients on product purchases. This position will also m anage a team of four salespersons generating annual sales of approximately $6MM.

Human Resources Generalist – Chicago
We currently have an opening for a Human Resources Generalist. In this role, you will administer employee health, welfare and retirement plans organization-wide including: 401(k) Plan, Money Purchase Plan, medical/dental, basic and optional life, short-term disability, long-term disability, workers' compensation, leave of absences, Flexible Spending Accounts, etc. Communicate benefit information to employees and respond to employee requests for information. Review required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record keeping and proper deductions. Assist with annual open enrollment period. Serve as Cobra Administrator. Oversee the administration of the HRIS, including accuracy and the generation of data and reports. Prepare reports using the HRIS and other software packages for analysis and decision support purposes. Identify and coordinate training programs for employees to attend or to offer onsite. Contact and assess training vendors to ensure they meet our training needs. Assist in developing the annual employee training plan. Develop effective, cost-efficient recruitment strategies that result in maintaining a highly qualified, diverse workforce. Collaborate with managers to source, recruit, interview and hire viable applicants for exempt and non-exempt positions. Ensure compliance with all employment and wage and hour and Affirmative Action laws.
