Chapter Innovation Awards
While the national HIMSS serves many high-level purposes and provides many valuable services to its members, HIMSS chapters also make many noteworthy contributions to the professional lives of their members and to the national HIMSS. The Chapter Innovation Awards is designed to recognize innovation and quality practices in HIMSS Chapters, promote recognition within the Chapter community, across Chapters and between Chapters and HIMSS. The Chapter Innovation Awards also allows Chapters to share best practices, enhance communication among HIMSS Chapters and achieve the Chapter's Mission.
Chapter Leader of the Year Award
The Chapter Leader of the Year Award recognizes an individual who demonstrates significant leadership, extraordinary contributions to HIMSS Chapters, the society and a commitment to the HIT industry.
