Microsoft Health User Group

Microsoft Healthcare Users Group was created to be a healthcare industry forum for exchanging ideas, promoting learning, and sharing solutions for information systems using Microsoft technologies. Microsoft Health User Group, founded in 1995, joined as part of the HIMSS User Group Alliance Program in October 2003. The group strives to capitalize on the knowledge and experience of its volunteers to provide industry leadership, drive appropriate standards and develop associated requirements in support of healthcare solutions.

Educational sessions: Microsoft Health User Group offers 2 Tech Forums annually: a one-day event held in conjunction with the HIMSS Annual Conference and a two-day Tech Forum held in Redmond, WA on the Microsoft Campus. At these Tech Forums leading users of Microsoft technology share their insight and provide practical strategies on how they apply in the healthcare setting. The sessions highlight uses, challenges and solutions to applications that focus on real ideas and real tactics that have worked for your peers.
