New AHRQ Initiative Aims to Improve Patient-Clinician Communication
The Agency for Health and Research Quality (AHRQ) has launched a public outreach initiative aimed at improving two-way communication between patients and clinicians. AHRQ is partnering with the Ad Council, building on previous public education campaigns, to encourage patients to become more involved in their own healthcare in order to improve health outcomes. The theme of the initiative is “Questions are the Answer.”
