CEO IT Achievement Award
The annual CEO IT Achievement Award recognizes one or more healthcare industry chief executive officers who demonstrate leadership and commitment to using information technology to advance their healthcare organization's strategic goals.
Modern Healthcare and HIMSS are proud to announce the 8th annual CEO IT Achievement Award recipients. The recipient(s) will be honored during recognized at the National Healthcare IT Week Awards Ceremony on September 14th in Washington DC.

Eligibility Criteria
Open to CEOs of any type of healthcare organization. The award is not open to vendors or consultants that sell IT goods or services to healthcare provider organizations.
Nomination Process
Submissions must be made by the nominated CEO's organization and submitted electronically. The 2011 nominations were open from November until January.
