Engineering High Reliability Healthcare Delivery Ecosystems Roundtable

Explore how healthcare leaders can consistently enable care coordination between various healthcare entities during routine and emergency operations (all-hazards, anticipated and unknown). The discussion includes the five high reliability organization (HRO) principles–sensitivity to operations, preoccupation with failure, reluctance to simplify, commitment to resilience, and deference to expertise.
