Join the HIMSS Washington Chapter as Tabitha Lieberman, SVP information services, clinical and revenue cycle at Providence St Joseph Health Applications, shares a candid and personal story about leading with authenticity.

Lieberman began her career in healthcare operations as a clinic business manager and then moved to healthcare IT leadership and has held several roles across several health systems. She is deeply experienced in IT Strategy, healthcare operations, healthcare regulation, large-scale enterprise systems and deployment, and vendor management. In her current role, Lieberman is accountable for delivering core information technology platforms to all of Providence St Joseph Health’s 118,000 employees, 50 hospitals and 800 clinics, as well as to numerous affiliates of the organization. Prior to joining Providence, she served in IT leadership roles at The Everett Clinic and the University of Washington.

Along with a passion for building high-functioning teams, Lieberman—the 2021 recipient of the HIMSS Most Influential Woman in HealthCare IT award—is particularly interested in using technology to drive quality care for all, particularly to marginalized patients and communities with limited access to healthcare.
