DeNoble previously served in the development and successful implementation of the Clinical Documentation Improvement pilot program at Johns Hopkins Hospital, which is now an established, enterprise-wide and well-balanced program encompassing six facilities. She is experienced in ICD-10, project management, professional coding, and documentation improvement.

The fourth podcast in this series looks at ICD-10 vendor relationships and readiness for providers with Peggy Lynahan, ICD-10 Program Manager, Christiana Care Health System. She discusses concerns providers should be aware of when tracking vendor readiness for ICD-10, possible sun setting of vendor products, working with vendors on their planning/impact assessment processes, and working with primary and secondary vendors on their ICD-10 readiness.

This program covers workflow changes (data collections forms, encounter forms, Superbills, etc.) education and training, technology gaps, and ICD-10 budgets.
