  • Selected CIO for ARcare, formerly White River Rural Health the largest FQHC in Arkansas with 12 locations (2002)
  • WRRHC, now ARcare, installed its first unified EMR and Practice Management System (2006)
  • WRRHC was awarded the Davies Award of Excellence (2008)
  • CHIME Member (2010)
  • ARcare achieved Stage 7 EMRAM status (2014)
  • Former Interim CEO and current Board Chair for the Kentucky Health Center Network
  • Former faculty for HRSA Center for Quality
  • ARcare is currently expanding on Stage 7 Award and working on achieving the HIMSS Chronic Care Maturity Model across our enterprise along with four external partners
  • Currently serves as faculty for NACHC FOM-IT and serve on Health Center Controlled Network Task Force
  • Selected as Nation Faculty Co-Chair for the CMS Transforming Clinical Practice Initiative (TCPI) to transform more than 140,000 primary care practices in value based care (2016)

  • 2011 - Reappointed Chair of HIMSS Davies CHO Committee
  • 2012 - Appointed to Innovation Committee
  • 2013 - Appointed Chair of Enterprise Information Systems Committee
    • Achieved all goals set forth by the Board, including releasing the Mergers and Acquisitions Framework for Enterprise.
    • Committee met all deliverables set forth by the HIMSS Board of Directors
  • 2014 - Current - Elected Chair of Board for the Kentucky Health Center Network
  • 2014 - Reappointed Chair of Enterprise Information Systems Committee
    • Achieved all goals set forth by the Board, including refining the Mergers and Acquisitions Framework for Enterprise.
    • Committee submitted over 120 examples to Value Suite and met all deliverables set forth by the HIMSS Board of Directors
