Patient Engagement: Patient Experience Research Session 1

NeHC and Healthwise have launched a consumer-led process to help answer the question, “Who Do We Serve?” The NeHC Patient Experience Framework, aligned to six different patient personas, will provide a guide for healthcare communities, providers, health systems and other stakeholders to identify who they would like to impact and where they can make valuable new investments in technology and other services.

NeHC University invites you to participate in this research at three highly interactive virtual research sessions during November and December. Participants will be called on to put themselves in the shoes of six different patient personas and respond as they would respond. What are these patients feeling, thinking, doing, using and experiencing when they interact with hospitals, providers, health education and the medical record?
