HIMSS16 Revenue Cycle Summit Features Clinically Driven Revenue Cycle Keeps 'the Lights on'
On Feb. 29, from 2:15 - 2:45 p.m., at HIMSS16, Director of Analytics, Jeff Fuller, from Carolinas HealthCare, will demonstrate how healthcare transitions to value-based reimbursement models and that organizations must have better awareness of the clinical effectiveness and cost of care. That is: How to provide the best care at the lowest price. That means finance and revenue cycle leaders increasingly need to better understand the relationship between clinical operations and cash flow. This is easier said than done – but not impossible. In this session, Fuller will discuss how Carolinas realized $18 million in savings by developing a clinical optimization program that brings together finance, analytics, quality, and physicians. This is just one of the several sessions in this day-long event. Register now.
