The bill reauthorizes the FDA's ability to collect user fees for the review of prescription drugs, medical devices, generic drugs, and biosimilar biological products through 2022

The report reviews the medical request process from both the patient and health system views and provides recommendations to improve the records request process to be more streamlined, transparent, and user-friendly.
