eCQI Resource Center to Present Demonstration of Website Core Content and Updates
The website provides a centralized location for critical clinical quality measure resources, including the electronic clinical quality measures and their specifications, links to tools for measure development, testing, and clinical decision support (CDS).

HHS to Provide Grant Funding for Accountable Health Communities (AHC) Model
TThe program, entitled the Accountable Health Communities (AHC) model, is a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Innovation Center model that will help to determine if quality of life for beneficiaries is improved by screening for health-related social needs and associated referrals to and navigation of community-based services.
