Senate Takes Up Consideration of Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act (CISA)
This bill would provide the support needed by the healthcare community to better identify and more effectively defend against growing cyber threats.

HIMSS Co-Signs letters to House and Senate Appropriators Opposing AHRQ Funding Reductions
The current short term resolution to fund the government, including AHRQ, will expire on December 11th and Congress will need to pass another funding bill through the end of FY 2016.

CMS Informal Review Process Period for 2016 PQRS Negative Payment Adjustments
Payment adjustments will be applied to Eligible Professionals (EPs), Comprehensive Primary Care (CPC) practice sites, and group practices participating in the PQRS group practice reporting option (GPRO), including Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs).
