Usability and Human Factors

In order to successfully implement an EHR, those who design and select the technology to be used, will have a keen awareness of the importance of the usability of the technology. Human factors address the ways in which humans interact with computers, and usability of the system is a key ingredient among these factors. Research findings and practical suggestions are discussed in the articles in this section.
