Rebecca Washler, RHIT, BBA
General Manager, HNA Sales
Rebecca Washler is the General Manager, HNA Sales for HIMSS: a global, cause-based, not-for-profit organization focused on better health through information and technology.
Rebecca first joined HIMSS in 2008, and then rejoined in 2015. In her previous role at HIMSS, she served as a Senior Manager, New Account Sales, working with corporate membership and all new business for HIMSS North America sales. In Rebecca’s current role at HIMSS as General Manager of HNA Sales, she oversees a team of seven sales managers and sales coordinators. She is responsible for all HNA Sales Revenue – including Annual Conference, Organizational Affiliate and Corporate Membership, HIMSS Innovation Center Sponsorships and yearlong sales opportunities.
Rebecca is a health information management professional with over 5 years of experience in provider facilities, 15 years with a leading Electronic Health Record vendor with various roles in implementation, account management and sales. Most recently, Rebecca worked for 3M as a Consulting Services Solutions Sales Executive in the clinical documentation improvement program, and for Advisory Board Company as a Senior Director of Marketing and New Business Development in health IT and population health consulting. She currently holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mount Mercy College. She is a certified in Registered Health Information Management and a member of AHIMA.
