Prior to go-live, just-in-time training is needed for providers and office staff, as well as for patients and their family caregivers.

  • Educate physicians and clinical staff on new software, policies, response time expectations, releasing results and workflow impacts.

  • Educate patients through marketing and advertising the technology and providing training on-site including (e.g., in waiting rooms, online videos, process for enrolling).
