Prior to go-live, just-in-time training is needed for providers and office staff, as well as for patients and their family caregivers.

Educate physicians and clinical staff on new software, policies, response time expectations, releasing results and workflow impacts.

Educate patients through marketing and advertising the technology and providing training on-site including (e.g., in waiting rooms, online videos, process for enrolling).
