Dr. Scott Dulchavsky, CEO of the Henry Ford Innovation Institute and Chairman of Surgery and Surgeon-in-Chief at the Henry Ford Hospital talks about the collaborative approach to innovation that the Institute has taken and shares the successes of the program.
