MaryPat Sullivan, RN, MSN, CNS, is Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Experience Officer at Overlook Medical Center in Summit, New Jersey, the region’s premier provider of neuroscience care and part of Atlantic Health System, one of the leading health care delivery systems in New Jersey.
MaryPat brings more than 30 years of experience in patient care leadership positions to her role at Overlook. As an integral part of Overlook’s senior leadership team, MaryPat works to create a healing environment within the health care system, focusing on health care literacy and diversity, as well as implementing programs that provide for seamless pre-hospitalization, acute care, and post-hospitalization transitions of care. She maintains clinical and financial responsibility for all inpatient and outpatient care units; clinical services that include wound care and hyperbaric medicine; operating rooms; metabolic and bariatric Centers of Excellence; and Overlook’s emergency departments at its main Summit campus and its satellite campus in Union.
