Effective change management is a key skill for individuals in any discipline and any type of organization. This session will discuss the importance of effective change management in planning any type of initiative, and will cover two tools individuals can use to plan how to ensure that the changes will not impede the initiative's success. The presenters will also share ways to apply change management toward career goals. An overview of Northeastern University's health information and technology related programs will be highlighted. Illustrate two tools that can be used as a basis for planning the changes that are part of organizational initiatives.
