Should HIMSS cancel, alter, or reschedule some or all of the Conference for any reason, any fees paid or owed will not be refunded. Further, a portion of your Conference fees (including fees for any optional events) may be converted to a credit. If applicable, this credit may be applied to any future HIMSS service or program, excluding HIMSS Global Health Conferences, and must be used on or before December 31, 2025.
