How do I know if I qualify for a HIMSS20 cancellation rollover to HIMSS21?

Qualified HIMSS20 paid registrations and optional events will roll over to HIMSS21. Qualified HIMSS20 paid registrants have been emailed a registration link unique to each registrant with registration instructions. You must activate your registration through this unique link not through the HIMSS Conference website. Please refer to our Substitution & Refund Policy FAQs tab on this page for more information. Email himss@csreg.zohodesk.com with any further questions.

What are the HIMSS20 registration exception for cancellation, substitution, and conference cancellation or modification policies?

If an individual automatically qualifies for HIMSS21 complimentary registration due to the cancellation of HIMSS20, such automatic registration is non-cancellable, non-refundable, and not subject to the cancellation and substitution policies set forth herein.

What was the HIMSS20 Refund Policy related to paid registration fees in the case of conference cancellation?

As part of the online registration process, all paid attendee registrants received and agreed to terms and conditions including a written cancellation policy stating, “Should the 2020 HIMSS Global Health Conference be canceled, your registration fee will not be refunded, but will automatically be applied to the next HIMSS Global Health Conference & Exhibition.”

What is the HIMSS21 Refund policy?

Should HIMSS cancel, alter, or reschedule some or all of the in-person portion of the Conference for any reason, your Conference fees will not be refunded. As part of your registration, all paid Attendees are automatically registered for and will be provided with access to the HIMSS21 Global Health Conference’s digital environment, which may include access to various keynote events, education sessions, access to exhibitor and sponsor information and digital networking opportunities. Further, a portion of your Conference fees (including any optional events) may be converted to a credit. If applicable, this credit may be applied to any future HIMSS service or program, excluding HIMSS Global Health Conferences, and must be used on or before December 31, 2022.
