HIMSS and the Cleveland Clinic continue to collaborate on the Patient Experience & Consumerization Forum, and this year patient experience and consumerization are more important than ever.
2020 and 2021 were tumultuous years in healthcare and changed the role of the caregiver and patient. We will hear how empathetic care overcame new challenges—in both in-person and virtual settings—due to COVID-19. Speakers will discuss how they maintained the human connection during the pandemic.
