The growing mental health crisis in the US and around the world is placing a heavy burden on healthcare systems and our workforce. We must address the barriers and limitations within our own organizations in order to keep providers and staff mentally healthy while endeavoring to meet the increasing demands for care. This session is part of the Behavioral Health Forum agenda and requires separate registration.

- Identify the drivers of the current mental health crisis and the impact on healthcare delivery systems.
- Explain the ramifications of not addressing the mental health and well being of our healthcare workforce.
