Innovations that Address Workforce Challenges and Sustain Change

Healthcare systems are undergoing unprecedented pressures including financial, staffing, and supply chain, to name a few. The pandemic placed enormous pressure on an already strained healthcare industry. As the pace of digital transformation accelerates to respond to this environment, Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and improving clinician workflows are mandatory. The workforce will need to be more efficient to answer the growing needs of our patients. The use of AI-powered technologies can assist and ease the workflow strains by allowing clinicians to be more efficient, return them to their patients and enable them joy in their work. This session will explore innovations leveraged during this stressful time by leading organizations. We will also discuss the need and ability to sustain these changes moving forward.
