Lightning Talk:

Anthony Scarpone-Lambert, BSN, RN will provide insights into the future of nursing and the role technology is playing in shaping this dynamic field. You will gain a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the nursing profession and how innovation is driving change.

Panel Luncheon:

The panel will explore how finding new ways to improve or change existing workflows can be a powerful tool for innovation. We will discuss strategies for rethinking, reimagining, and reinventing traditional nursing workflows to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance patient outcomes while discussing the role of technology in supporting nurses to optimize workflows and enhance patient care. Participants will learn how technology can be used to streamline clinical workflows, facilitate communication, support clinical decision-making, and highlight the importance of the clinical voice in shaping healthcare decision-making and influencing policy at the organizational level. Participants will leave with practical strategies for leveraging innovation, collaboration, and technology to optimize their workflows and enhance patient care.
