Physician's Exec Forum: Keynote - The Future of Healthcare: Leading with Innovation and Collaboration Toward Better Patient Outcomes

The Physicians’ Executive Forum will wrap with a closing keynote by Dr. Ali Khan, Chief Medical Officer at Oak Street Health, a network of primary care clinics that serve adults on Medicare.  Dr. Khan will discuss the challenges and opportunities of delivering value-based care to an aging population and will share stories on how the organization leverages technology to improve care coordination and patient outcomes while working to build a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in healthcare delivery. Discover what it means to challenge the status quo, experiment with new technologies and innovations, and work collaboratively among stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem, including patients, providers, payers, and policymakers to create a more effective and efficient healthcare system that improves patient outcomes and restores joy to clinical practice.
