Physician's Exec Forum: Keynote: The Opportunity of a National Collaboration to Reduce Clinician Burden

Monday, April 17 at 8:45 AM - 9:45 AM CT
South Building, Level 1 | S100 C

A multitude of national organizations representing Government, Industry, Informatics, and Clinical expertise gathered to explore their initiatives and aspirations to reduce burden and burnout experienced by Clinicians and the resulting departure of Clinicians from the workforce. Representatives discussed the pros and cons of each initiative and the opportunities for collaboration to enhance the impact of these approaches. The Collaborative settled on 5 projects believed to have the highest likelihood of success with the most potential impact to reduce Clinician burden. We’ll explore why the 5 were chosen and provide insights on how you can join this growing collaborative community. Reducing clinician burnout and providing quality training and support is essential for doctors. Attendees will walk away with initiatives that can be brought home for immediate implementation.

This session is part of the AMDIS/HIMSS Physicians' Executive Forum agenda and requires separate registration.
