Views from the Top: 2023: Continuing the Journey to Health Equity

This session will feature leaders working to advance strategies focused on social and political determinants of health to advance health equity & health policy. Panelists will provide historical, social, epidemiological and demographic context and feature actionable, tactical and scalable solutions to SDOH challenges. Learn how cross-sector partnerships are playing a key role in leveraging resources to engage communities with lived experience in initiatives to improve access and equity through research to quality improvement, from beginning to end and explore the role of data and healthcare technology in advancing health equity solutions to improve health outcomes for our most marginalized communities.
