Views from the Top: The Impact of the Economy on Healthcare

As events continue to contribute to economic pressures for all global communities, the sustained economic impact on global health systems continues to present challenges for health system leaders. This panel will examine the unique confluence of economic pressures on health systems, including the impact of global supply chain disruptions, workforce shortages, quality and safety, and shifting consumer expectations in the post pandemic future. Economic challenges and opportunities relative to value and impact of health system performance will also be discussed as well as opportunities to advance economic sustainability well into the future.
