Nytko

Agata Nytko is a Manger of Improvement Consulting at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. In this role she applies improvement methodologies to informatics initiatives at the organization, focusing on clinical decision support and provider efficiency. She has been involved in informatics work at the organization for over 10 years, working in partnership with the CMIO and physician informaticists to build up the program and engage clinical teams in this work. Most recently, her work has focused on improving provider efficiency by reducing ineffective alerts, removing clutter and streamlining communication workflows, and designing a plan to tackle note bloat in provider documentation.
