Ms. Dalmas, a Lead Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton, has over two decades of experience leading transformation and workforce development efforts across healthcare systems and Federal organizations. Throughout her career, Ms. Dalmas has bridged the gap between technology and clinical operations performing in roles as an Information Technology specialist, safety consultant, instructional systems designer and project manager. Most recently, Ms. Dalmas has supported large-scale High Reliability Organization (HRO) cultural transformation efforts at the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) and the Air Force Medical Service (AFMS). She has also supported Federal clients such as Veterans Affairs Office of Information and Technology, Environmental Protection Agency and United State Secret Service in the development of technologies to improve the safety of patients, employees, and the public. Ms. Dalmas has previously been a speaker at the International Forum for Women in E-Learning (IFWE), the Society for Applied Learning Technology (SALT) and the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
