Mr. Bledsoe has 17 years’ experience in healthcare with the past 10 focused on Health Information Technology. He began his career at St. Claire Regional Medical Center, obtaining insight into rural medicine for both hospitals and ambulatory providers. Leveraging his rural experience, Andrew moved to the Northeast Kentucky Regional Health Information Organization (NeKY RHIO), serving as the Network Director initially, later moving into the role of Executive Director. Andrew currently serves as the State Health Information Technology Coordinator for the Cabinet for Health and Family Services and is appointed as the Deputy Executive Director for the Office of the Inspector General where he oversees the strategic planning and daily operations for the Kentucky Health Information Exchange (KHIE). Andrew is a graduate of Morehead State University with a MBA in Business Management and in his spare time is an apprentice baker and bartender.
