Anil has over 20 years of experience as a strategic advisor to Fortune 250 clients and the US Government. Focused on helping CXO and Board of Directors address complex trust issues that arise during business led digital transformations. Anil is currently the Chief Strategy Officer of Abacode, responsible for setting the future product and services direction of the company. In this capacity, he spends time understanding customer and market needs to inform the company’s vision and overall growth strategy. He is a part of the Executive Management Team and directly interacts with investors and the Board of Directors. Prior to Abacode, Anil was at Amazon Web Services (AWS) – the world’s largest hyperscale cloud provider. At AWS, Anil was the Global Head of AWS Security Trust Programs. He led a global team to scale AWS’ capabilities globally in addressing security expectations in today’s digital supply chain from customers and regulators. Anil’s team was critical to increasing customer confidence with the cloud, and enabling innovation around regulated workloads. He started his career in the United States Air Force as a Communications Engineering Officer with multiple combat deployments supporting IT Operations and Information Security mission needs. After exiting the military, he has operated at the Senior Executive / Partner level at multiple global consulting firms, including EY, Mandiant, and Booz Allen Hamilton. Anil has built a track-record in helping companies drive accelerated growth through security solutions development and building high performing customer facing teams. His prior roles have been focused on transforming business functions through process standardization, metrics, and digital enablement to drive scale and improve customer experience. Anil has a BS in Computer Systems Engineering, Boston University, an MS in Management from Florida Institute of Technology, and holds the following Certifications: CISSP and CISA.
