Veris Health
Ankit is a customer success specialist with nearly a decade of experience supporting healthcare systems. He holds a degree in biomedical engineering and has spent over 9 years at Epic Systems Corp., helping hospital systems manage EMR projects ranging from large, multi-system upgrades to new clinics and hospital acquisitions. He has held various management and executive customer-facing roles at Epic and worked closely with hospital IT staff ranging from application managers to CIOs. He most recently served as the Head of Customer Success at Epic, where he designed, implemented, and oversaw division-wide initiatives in understanding customer challenges and finding improvement opportunities. He recently left Epic to join the innovative start-up Veris Health, taking on the Director, System Integration and Customer Support role. He hopes to bring his customer success expertise and EMR experience to help transform the future of cancer care and remote patient monitoring.
