Beth Lupien is the Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office at HonorHealth. She is a healthcare leader with twenty years of experience planning, directing, and implementing large-scale cross-functional projects focusing on patient safety, process improvement and enhancing the quality of services provided. Prior to HonorHealth, Beth oversaw the Epic implementations of four community hospitals and related outpatient services while also managing daily support and optimizations overseeing Epic Inpatient maintenance and support activities. Throughout her career, Beth has developed a strong background focusing on standardization and development of strong governance while remaining flexible to the changing needs of the organizations she supports. Most recently she played a key role in launching the Enterprise Project Management Office at HonorHealth leading a diverse team of project managers and multidisciplinary teams supporting growth, operations, and innovation projects. Beth earned her BS in Business from Arizona State University and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certification.
