Dr. Birthale Archie earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Degree from Case Western Reserve University-Frances Bolton School of Nursing which is a Carnegie R1 research university. She is the Co-Principal Investigator and the Co-Director for the grant Bowie State University received from HHS-ONC to educate minorities and persons from underrepresented communities in Public Health Informatics and Technology over the course of four years. In addition, she is an assistant professor in the department of nursing where she facilitates-teaches “Transition into Professional Nursing Practice” and provides the leadership for the Undergraduate Preceptorship Clinical Nursing Program for the seniors.
