Dr. Christina Marsh has over 15 years of experience leading policy implementation and program planning efforts for a variety of Federal Government clients, including CMS and AHRQ. Dr. Marsh is a leader in Booz Allen’s health care practice, responsible for strategy development and implementation within the health care quality space. Dr. Marsh’s areas of expertise include health care quality improvement, large-scale policy implementation, stakeholder engagement, and health services research. Dr. Marsh has significant experience assisting federal government clients in implementing policy changes and bringing together diverse groups of stakeholders to achieve integrated policy and programmatic goals. As a researcher, she has over 18 years of experience examining alternative payment models, health care quality, the use of health IT in care settings, health outcomes, and shared medical decision making. As an educator, Dr. Marsh has over 10 years of course development and teach experience, with a particular focus on teaching the application of business and policy skills to a health care environment. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from American University, a Master in Health Services Management from Brandeis University, and a Doctorate in Health Policy from Brandeis University.
