Claire Goodwin is a healthcare professional with 9 years of experience working in not-for-profit healthcare organizations. Claire received her Master of Health Administration from the University of Florida and completed a multi-year administrative fellowship under the CEO at UF Health, a comprehensive academic medical center. She joined Orlando Health in 2017 and currently supports the Orlando Health Network (OHN), central Florida’s largest and most successful clinically integrated network generating over $150M in savings since 2013 with 275,000 lives under management. Claire leads strategic planning, value-based care business development, and program and project management activities for the network. Her key areas of focus include clinical transformation initiatives, financial performance forecasting and management, payer arrangement contracting and operations, technology portfolio management, department budget oversight, and systemwide strategy support efforts. Claire also oversees the value-based care team at Bayfront Health St. Petersburg, which includes the West Florida Bayfront Health Network.
