Morlière

Clara Morlière is Director Digital Hospital at the French Ministry of Health. She coordinates the Digital Health transformation plan for French hospitals (Private & Public) as part of the National Digital Health Transformation Plan. This plan « Ségur Numérique » aims at strengthening and securing health data sharing with hospitals and their ecosystems. She is part of the team in charge of the new first large scale cybersecurity plan recently launched by the Ministry of Health. Prior to that position, she was IT governance Project Manager at the French think tank on large companies’ Digital transformation (Cigref), leading reflexions on IT organisation, innovation, cloud, and cybersecurity, in particular within the Paris Call diplomatic initiative.
