Claudia Miller is an Associate Principal with The Chartis Group. She is an interoperability Cures Act and population health subject matter expert and results-oriented project manager with over 20 years of progressive experience in directing healthcare information technology projects in both health system and physician practice environments. Ms. Miller is a key IT change leader for population health including readiness assessment, vendor analysis, Population Health Management vendor solution selection, analytics and care management implementation. Recent projects have included serving as program manager for a successful Ambulatory and Revenue Cycle EHR implementation, project manager for a successful health system Electronic Health Record (EHR) optimization, and conducting an EHR value realization project including governance, change leadership, user engagement and satisfaction including IT support. Ms. Miller is an active Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) member and a founding member of the Louisiana HIMSS board chapter. She is a Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute. Claudia has authored many relevant publications and has also presented at local and national HIMSS conferences. Prior to joining The Chartis Group, Ms. Miller was the Project Management Office Director of Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System for three years. She then created a new FMOLHS subsidiary, Franciscan Health and Wellness, a population health management organization.
