Danielle Pieloch is a visionary leader in Healthcare Revenue Cycle who has transformed the Patient Access at Atlantic Health System in the past two years. She led most of the COVID-19-related initiatives in patient access and put AHS at national stage with its highly efficient vaccine Megasite in New Jersey, which was widely recognized by the state and CDC for its state-of-the-art technology and operational workflows. Danielle has been spearheading several key strategic initiatives in patient experience including a highly successful appointment reminder system, contact center initiative, streamlining of authorizations and referrals workflows, operationalization of of Customer Relationship Management platform, to name a few. Prior to joining Atlantic Health System, Danielle led several key patient access and patient experience initiatives at RWJ Barnabas Health in New Jersey and also spearheaded workflow optimizations and process improvements in Revenue Cycle.
