Elisa Haynes, RN, BSN, CPAN Elisa Haynes is a Medical Staff Quality Coordinator at Cone Health in Greensboro, North Carolina. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Elisa has 38 years of nursing experience and has been with Cone Health since 1990. Elisa’s nursing experience includes medical-surgical, oncology, ambulatory, perioperative, endoscopy, and Infusion Clinic. She was recognized in the class of 2006 of the Great 100 Nurses of North Carolina. The Medical Staff Quality Department participated in a Regional Nursing Research poster presentation and a Local Quality Improvement Podium presentation in 2017. In addition, Elisa has co-authored several peer-reviewed journals. Elisa is an active member of NAHQ and NCAHQ organizations
