Go-Live and Support

The plan for go-live with patient engagement technologies must cover the breadth of the go-live, including notification and training, on-site teams, help desk preparation and help desk/support for patients and staff.

  • Determine the rollout schedule, either incremental by location or big bang across organization.

  • Provide training for staff.

  • Create go-live SWAT teams for providers, office staff and patients.

  • Set up a special help desk number or email for technology users, or manage requests for assistance through the existing IT help desk.

  • Initiate the patient recruitment plan.
