Patient Experience Digital Series Creates Forum for Care Transformation

HIMSS and the Cleveland Clinic will debut the Patient Experience Digital Series on Nov. 10. On a monthly-basis, this six-part digital series will delve into perspectives from patients, caregivers and leaders from across the healthcare industry to address changing implications for empathetic care.

Together, HIMSS and the Cleveland Clinic recognize the need to unite healthcare leaders and explore pivotal patient perspectives and clinical considerations that have overwhelmed hospitals and health systems in recent months.

The Patient Experience Digital Series structure reflects the new pace of health transformation and provides a timely, valuable toolset for participants and sponsors.

Attendees will be able to collaborate across the healthcare industry and interact with colleagues through live public and private chats; send questions directly to informed speakers during live sessions; and revisit past episodes any time.

Every month, in-depth episodes delve into the recent impact, advancements and future implications technology has in the human-centered care experience.

The series will take place from Nov. 10, 2020 to April 8, 2021.
