Patients 2.0

Patients 2.0 provides a highly interactive forum, organised by and for patients. This session will feature discussion on how to build a system that equally caters for the mental health as well as physical health needs of patients, including those with chronic conditions, the terminally ill and those in long-term hospital or home care. The session will include a showcase of innovative digital therapeutic solutions to support patients to improve their mental health and wellbeing. Overall, the forum addresses specific challenges we need to overcome to truly place patients at the centre of care.
