House Energy & Commerce Health Subcommittee Advances 21st Century Cures Initiative
The measure advanced through the subcommittee by a unanimous voice vote and is expected to be taken up by the full Energy and Commerce Committee as early as next week.

2016 EHR Hardship Exception Application Available
Payment adjustments for eligible professionals that did not successfully participate in the Medicare Electronic Health Record (EHR) Incentive Program in 2014 will begin on January 1, 2016.

U.S. Senators Sign a Bipartisan Calling on Federal Communication Commission (FCC) to Modernize Broadband Delivery for Rural Areas in the U.S.
Under the current rules, the Universal Service Fund (USF) can only provide support for broadband when customers also sign up for traditional landline phone service.
