What’s Next in Standards-Based Exchange of Electronic Health Data
Consistent and effective health solutions with IT systems securely sharing electronic health data is the foundation of the HIMSS Interoperability Showcase. At HIMSS17, more than 7,000 thought leaders gathered at the Showcase to learn from interoperability use cases for surgery and recovery, diabetes management, connected care, childbirth and IT architecture of the federal health system, among others.
With 7,000 thought leaders gathered at the showcase in Orlando, Fla. from Feb. 19-23, the Showcase planning team managing this demonstration of standards-based interoperability has begun planning for the HIMSS interoperability Showcase at the 2018 HIMSS Conference & Exhibition. Read more.
