NEW! What is Big Data?
The term 'big data’ has become extremely common in everyday business vocabulary. It seems that every industry is focused on implementing big data strategies and projects. However, when you read articles about big data, it becomes clear that there are varying definitions of big data. This looseness leads to considerable confusion about what constitutes big data and how organizations should address their big data challenges.

Corporate Member White Paper: Beyond the EHR

Corporate Member White Paper: Ensuring a Smooth Transition to ICD-10
The transition to ICD-10 is more than a change in the way records are coded. It complements other government provisions and mandates, such as meaningful use and HIPAA 5010, which transforms the way data is collected and used the healthcare continuum. Its impact will be felt across clinical and financial processes years after the implementation date.

Corporate Member White Paper: A World Evolving Toward Value
The US healthcare industry is transforming from a volume-based fee-for-service (FFS) model to a value-based reimbursement model focused on improving population health while managing costs. The industry is in a state of tremendous transition as it experiments and innovates around the various models of payment and delivery reform. The roadmap to change is complex. Multiple payment and care models are emerging. The market response is fragmented and locally based. Value is front and center of these changes.
