Learn how an Idaho hospital reacted to and met patient demands
The one-day Revenue Cycle Solutions Summit at HIMSS16 in Las Vegas will feature leading revenue cycle experts presenting their solutions to an evolving financial picture. Such as Michael Rawdan who took the helm of Revenue Cycle Director at St. Luke’s two years ago and he kicked off a transformation of their patient financial experience. Reacting to patient frustration, Rawdan created the web platform St. Luke’s Bill Pay. The program added 17,758 users, processed 58,000 individual account transactions and more than $9.2 million in payments, with another $10.5 million in payment plans.
