Alldridge will review and share best practices for, among other things, managing change, inventory assets, implement effective release management, and deploy controls that are both visible and audit able. An estimated 4.5-5 million patients access their clinical notes through the program and at the May 19-20 Pop Health Forum 2016, in Boston, Delblanco will describe how Open Notes works, why it is such a hit with patients and why most of the physicians who take part embrace it as well.
